Agreement
By using craftlane.app or purchasing from Craftlane, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy products. Contact: [email protected].
Products
We sell digital goods (e.g. editor plugins, tools, downloads). Descriptions, pricing, and license scope will appear on each product page at launch. “Coming soon” placeholders are not offers for sale.
Checkout & delivery
Payments are processed by Creem (or another stated provider). After successful payment you receive download access as described at checkout (typically email). You are responsible for providing a working email address.
License
Unless a product page says otherwise, purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the stated use (e.g. personal or commercial seats). You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share licensed files except as expressly allowed.
Refunds
Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or where we choose to refund (e.g. duplicate charge, undelivered file). Contact [email protected] promptly with your order details.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape aggressively, or use products to violate law or third-party rights.
Disclaimer
Products and the site are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftlane’s total liability for any claim related to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect revisions.
